APPORVAZIONE AVVISO PUBBLICO PER L\u2019 EROGAZIONE DI UN CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO UNA TANTUM A FAVORE DELL\u2019AVVIO DI ATTIVIT\u00c0 COMMERCIALI, ARTIGIANALI E AGRICOLE ATTRAVERSO UN\u2019UNIT\u00c0 OPERATIVA UBICATA NEL TERRITORIO DEL COMUNE DI ACCUMOLI O, IN ALTERNATIVA, A FAVORE DI COLORO CHE ACQUISTERANNO O RISTRUTTURERANNO UN IMMOBILE NEL TERRITORIO COMUNALE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In attuazione del Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri del 30 settembre 2021 e della Deliberazione di Giunta Comunale n. 94 del 29.11.2024, si pubblica in allegato alla presente l\u2019AVVISO PUBBLICO finalizzato all\u2019erogazione di un contributo a fondo perduto relativamente a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>avvio di attivit\u00e0 commerciali, artigianali e agricole attraverso un\u2019unit\u00e0 operativa ubicata nel territorio del Comune di Accumoli, ovvero per le imprese che intraprendano nuove attivit\u00e0 economiche nel territorio del Comune di Accumoli e sono regolarmente costituite e iscritte al registro delle imprese operanti nel territorio comunale. Si specifica che per \u201cnuova attivit\u00e0 economica\u201d si intende anche l\u2019attivazione di nuovi e ulteriori codici ATECO e che possono beneficiare delle risorse anche le attivit\u00e0 gi\u00e0 esistenti che avviino una nuova attivit\u00e0 economica nel territorio comunale attraverso una nuova e apposita unit\u00e0 produttiva. Al contrario i finanziamenti non possono essere erogati in favore delle attivit\u00e0 economiche gi\u00e0 costituite sul territorio comunale che si limitino semplicemente a trasferire la propria sede nel medesimo territorio comunale;<\/li>\n<li>acquisto o interventi di ristrutturazione\/ammodernamento di un immobile sito sul territorio del Comune di Accumoli e presso il quale dovr\u00e0 essere trasferita la residenza e mantenuta per almeno anni 5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si invita a prendere visione dell\u2019allegato avviso, nel quale sono espressamente indicati i\u00a0 requisiti di ammissione e la modalit\u00e0 di trasmissione delle istanze, che potranno pervenire a far data dalla pubblicazione del presente avviso all\u2019albo pretorio comunale ed entro e non oltre le ore 23:59 del giorno 31.01.2025, a mezzo PEC all\u2019indirizzo <a href=\"mailto:comune.accumoli@pec.it\">comune.accumoli@pec.it<\/a> o a mano presso l\u2019U.R.P.
