{"id":16927,"date":"2022-03-25T10:01:45","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T09:01:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/comunicacity.net\/oyace\/?post_type=turismo&#038;p=16927"},"modified":"2022-03-25T10:01:45","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T09:01:45","slug":"la-polenta-concia","status":"publish","type":"turismo","link":"https:\/\/comunicacity.net\/oyace\/turismo\/pro-loco\/gastronomia\/la-polenta-concia\/","title":{"rendered":"La Polenta concia"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Ricetta tipica valdostana<\/li>\n<li>Ingredienti per 4 persone:<\/li>\n<li>600 gr. di farina gialla<\/li>\n<li>1,8 l. di acqua<\/li>\n<li>200 gr. di toma fresca valdostana<\/li>\n<li>150 gr. di fontina valdostana<\/li>\n<li>200 gr. di burro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Questo \u00e8 un tipico piatto invernale ed \u00e8 veramente piacevole gustarlo in una giornata fredda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 consigliabile di adoperare una farina magari un po\u2019 grezza, tipo quella integrale o addirittura quella taragna e farla cuocere in un paiolo di rame dentro la stufa a legna: il<br \/>\nrisultato finale sar\u00e0 certamente ancora migliore.<\/p>\n<p>Portate a bollire l\u2019acqua e versate a pioggia la farina taragna, mescolando con energia, affinch\u00e9 non si formino grumi.<\/p>\n<p>Man mano che si mescola e la cottura avanza, la polenta si inspessisce.<\/p>\n<p>Continuate a mescolare energicamente per tutto il periodo di cottura, che sar\u00e0 almeno di 40 minuti, quando cio\u00e8 la polenta si staccher\u00e0 dalle pareti della pentola.<\/p>\n<p>A questo punto aggiungete i formaggi e il burro tagliati a cubetti, mescolate per qualche minuto lasciandoli sciogliere e servitela calda.<\/p>\n<p>Pu\u00f2 essere gustata da sola, accompagnata a formaggi o carni in umido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ricetta tipica valdostana Ingredienti per 4 persone: 600 gr. di farina gialla 1,8 l. di acqua 200 gr. di toma fresca valdostana 150 gr. di fontina valdostana 200 gr. di [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":16928,"parent":16922,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":[],"plugin_turismo":[],"class_list":["post-16927","turismo","type-turismo","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
